The Sitekit File Library is structured similarly to the image one. It supports all file types except those that could be used maliciously (EXE etc.).
Most recognized file types will have an option to be displayed in your website with a supporting icon, if a PDF is used the administrator can choose to display a link to the Acrobat reader. Files can be ordered by size, type, upload date etc. The library also stores an ongoing count of file use indicating how long a file has been on the library and how many times it has been uploaded.
Metadata about specific files can be stored also to aid in the searching of information. All files that are displayed on the site will be included in searches of the site, including PDF's.
