Access
Security is paramount to us. We recognise the value of your IT systems and information, not only in terms of money but for your business continuity and maintaining service to your customers. Sitekits datacentre is manned 24/7 by trained, uniformed security staff to provide a deterrent to unauthorised access. CCTV, with time-lapse videoing, both internally and externally, provide information to a security control centre on possible intrusion. Proximity cards control access within the datacentre facility and are programmed to allow access only to the necessary areas. Access is monitored by our security staff and historical data recorded to provide an audit trail if required.
Power
Sustainable power supplies are essential to the continuous operation of equipment. Our datacentre has a sophisticated power distribution system for resilience; with multiple mains electricity feeds which are supported by an uninterruptible power supply system with generator backup. Each power back-up systems is individually maintained and checked on a routine basis. Redundant equipment provides spare capacity to enable maintenance and repairs without interruption to services. Sitekits datacentre has computerised building management systems that monitor and senses electrical, mechanical, fire detection and water leakage systems. Sitekit provides state of the art facilities so that customers can have complete confidence that their data and information is as safe as it could possibly be.
