Senior Account Manager
Location: Oxfordshire. Salary: £ competitive/negotiable
Person Profile/Requirements
- Strategically manage and develop existing customer accounts.
- Excellent technical understanding, organisational skills and sales experience required.
- Advising customers on how to get optimum results from their CMS/web project investments
- Being customer advocate within the company
- Ensuring projects are scoped, planned, produced and delivered to precise standards.
- Managing customer communication and ensuring total customer satisfaction
- Providing pre-sales support to partners
Experience Required
- A very good understanding of web technologies & CMS.
- Experience working within a digital agency.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- You will be very organized and capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.

Senior Web Designer (CMS Integration)
Location: Portree or Oxfordshire. Salary: £ competitive/negotiable
Person Profile/Requirements
- You are proficient in HTML/CSS, XML/XSL, Javascript
- You are proficient in taking a design brief and faithfully implementing branding, typography, layout and visual design created by others.
- You are proficient in the use of wireframes to plan intuitive and accessible user interfaces from both site user and administrator perspectives
- You are proficient in designing information architectures/publishing workflows and metadata schemas/taxonomies
- You are proficient in graphic manipulation using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Fireworks.
- You are curious about information – its structure and how people find it, use it, and produce it.
- You communicate well, both written and verbally with colleagues, partners and customers.
- You work well in a team, have excellent interpersonal, motivational and leadership skills.
- You are excited by communication technology, from clay tablets to PDA's.
- You have an excellent feeling for style: what's hot and what’s not, what is classic and what is a passing fad.
- You have a minimum of 3+ years professional experience of implementing high quality, accessible web design on a dynamic CMS.
- You have some previous experience of leading a design or development team or are keen to take the next step in our career to a team leadership role.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to advance their career in IT/new media. In your daily work you will be creating Information Architecture, Wireframes (site diagrams and user interface schematics) and developing controlled vocabularies, taxonomies. For this you will collaborate with application development teams to guide IA development and content management implementation. You will work with internal sales, account & project team colleagues and external suppliers, partners and customers to understand business and user requirements for information resources. You'll formulate workflow strategy, web site publication policies and assist in writing documentation and guidelines to support creation of web sites. You are an expert in information and communications, you live and breathe Internet, you dream about web interfaces.
Marketing Assistant (f/t or p/t)
Location: Portree or Oxfordshire. Salary: £ competitive/negotiable
Person Profile/Requirements
- You are proficient in copy writing for a B2B technology market.
- You have experience of designing/copy writing/proofing/revising promotional collateral/brochures/newsletters
- You have assisted with updating web site content and producing and publishing online PR.
- You have assisted in planning and attending tradeshows and organising post-show follow up.
- You are proficient in using PCs and MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- You have experience of using CRM such as SalesOutlook, Act etc
- You have some web publishing experience, but are keen to obtain more experience/training.
- You have experience of graphics programs such as Illustrator and PhotoShop but not essential.
- You are very organized good at establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- You have a good eye for detail, and have excellent grammar and copy proofing skills.
- You have a degree-level Marketing or Business related qualification.
- You have at last 2 years experience in a similar marketing role in the technology space.
