Challenge:

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust needed a new website that better reflected the quality of service at its hospitals and dramatically improved user experience.

Solution:

Sitekit CMS provided a solution that enabled a patient focused website to be created which could be easily updated without technical knowledge. 'Hands on' paper prototyping sessions helped to get the navigation and content right. Sitekit was selected for the build because of its extensive experience in building public health care websites.

Results:

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust how has a website with many new features which sets it apart from other NHS organisations. These include patient expereince stories, a detailed guide to the hospitals and a staff directory. The patient feedback section helps measure the success of the site.
