Sitekit Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Statement

At Sitekit we believe our corporate strategy should go beyond simply maximising shareholder value by delivering excellence in web technology and service. Our corporate social responsibility extends beyond marketing statements on what we would like to do, it details what we do now and will continue to do.

As a company and as individuals we strive to live up to our commitment of making a significant and positive contribution in our social and economic environment. Sitekit’s CSR programme consists of three wide ranging elements; ethical considerations, environmental policy and community support and involvement. None are set in stone, we always look to improve on what we do and can do.

Ethical Responsibilities

The Internet is open to abuse. Since the foundation of Sitekit, we have chosen not to use our CMS technology or web skills to promote web sites or businesses that may cause offence to minorities or ‘at risk groups’ in society. We believe that our commitment to web excellence must include what our technology is used for. All Sitekit partners must adhere to this ethical responsibility.

Sitekit marketing adheres to best practice standards such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and Direct Marketing Association (DMA) guidelines and communicates directly to businesses that have chosen to opt into receive communications.
