Public sector organisations are now able to procure Sitekit products and services through the UK Government's G-Cloud 6.
G-Cloud is an online marketplace that allows public sector bodies to procure products and services from a catalogue of trusted suppliers. By validating suppliers upfront, G-Cloud allows buyers to easily purchase solutions through a streamlined procurement process. Sitekit has been accredited to supply nine Software as a Service (SaaS) and Specialist Cloud Services.
Among the services that Sitekit offers is a Person-Centred Digital Support Platform, which is a set of software components and information governance specifications that enable patients, carers and health professionals to use or prescribe self-care services. This system is already in place in Liverpool, where ‘Mi’ (More Independent) is bringing together different health providers to collaboratively provide self-care solutions to patients and their circle of care.
The eRedbook (ePCHR) National Standard is another Sitekit service that received accreditation. The eRedbook cloud service supports the standard for the electronic Personal Child Health Record, endorsed by the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. The standard defines the care pathway for a new baby and offers a digital communication platform between parents and health professionals.
Other services that received accreditation are:
